Common questions.

Do customers need WhatsApp Business?
No. Regular WhatsApp works fine. You, the seller, can use either WhatsApp Business or regular.
Can I still take M-Pesa payments?
Absolutely. WhatsApp orders and M-Pesa checkout work together — the customer can pay by M-Pesa after you confirm on WhatsApp, or use built-in checkout instead.
What if a customer just wants to ask a question?
They can still message you directly. NodeCart only pre-fills the message when they tap "Order on WhatsApp" from a product page.
